Those are almost impossible to keep clean due to their very design, and you should choose roller blinds instead or curtains that you can take off and wash periodically.
Dealing with Plants
If you have office plants, you need to take a few steps to safeguard these as well. They can certainly add to the general decor of the room, but make sure that you cover the soil with gravel or something similar, as this will minimise the formation of mould on the surface.
